Every day, you’ll get a challenge or action item to help implement new, healthy habits. These goals will be small, doable, and will have some built in flexibility. Weekly goals will be bigger, more difficult, and less negotiable.
Personalized Nutrition
One of the most important things we focus on at Blue Line Primal is the concept of personalized nutrition. Every single person is different, and there is no one-size-fits-all approach to diet and nutrition. All of the resources you receive will be generalized, but will assist with helping you personalize it to fit your needs, goals, and individual circumstances. The weekly coaching sessions will also allow additional personalization.
Educational Resources
Access to several resources that will help you not only implement, but understand what it is that we’re doing when we implement an ancestral diet and lifestyle. These resources will help you understand the best and worst foods, proven strategies for movement, sleep hygiene, and stress management, and fine-tuning to reach your specific goals!
Weekly One-On-One Coaching
Check in with a coach every week, where you’ll have the opportunity to share your progress, ask questions, and work together to personalize the program so you achieve the best rest results possible!
